Every animal, every movement, fully recorded
From intake order to external exit, IntegraFarm tracks animals individually with RFID. The CSID Manager module unifies weighing, classification, grouping, drafting gates and transfers — so individual cost and performance analysis is never blocked by movement.
Controlled intake, precise grouping, traceable transfers
Animal Order Management
Intake follows procedures that leave no room for loss or error. Orders define which suppliers deliver how many animals; passports are matched so illegal or wrong animals are refused at the gate.
CSID Weighing & Grouping
Weight from the scale is merged with ID from the RFID ear tag at the crush; the animal is registered, typed and classified in seconds — with passport matching, accept/reject handled at intake.
Automatic Medical Records
Routine procedures applied to each animal at intake are written instantly via protocol management running integrated with the module.
Accept / Reject Records
The module keeps rejection records; if a rejected animal returns later, the intake officer is automatically warned.
Drafting (Auto-Sorting) Gates
The drafting gate system is driven by CSID; animals of the same type are automatically routed to the right pens for homogeneous grouping — the foundation of standardized feeding.
Internal & External Transfers
All movements are RFID-recorded. Animals moved to another pen or farm are tracked individually; exits — slaughter, sale or death — are processed by exit type.
Inventory
Real-time inventory works integrated with feeding management, ensuring feeding records stay accurate and operations can be done instantly.
Cattle Box
A visual map of all pens and their animal combinations by pen and building — letting you perform a set of operations quickly from one screen.
Individual tracking without movement limits
Many systems only move animals lot-by-lot. IntegraFarm performs lot-based intake yet never restricts movement: animals from the same lot can live in different pens on different farms, and all cost and performance analysis stays at the individual-animal level.
- Same-day feeding in different pens, farms and rations — still on real data
- Homogeneous grouping for standardized performance
- Complete transfer records across facilities

Animal movement sub-modules
During intake, transfer, weighing and health work, RFID readers integrated into the cattle crush identify the animal, classify and group it automatically by weight and other parameters, capture its weight and post routine vaccinations to every animal whose tag is read.
Procedure-driven ordering: Animal intake is organized through procedures that leave no room for loss or wrong handling.
Order entry: Orders for incoming animals are entered, setting which suppliers will send how many.
Passport matching: Passports are entered so the system knows which animals each supplier will bring.
Result: Illegally sourced or wrong animals are refused at intake, and supplier-based tracking becomes possible.
Identification: CSID Manager works integrated with the farm's electronic-ID cattle crush and weighing systems. Weight from the scale is combined with identity from the electronic tag, so the animal is registered with a new or existing RFID tag, while passport matching, acceptance and rejection are handled.
Weighing: ID from the reader on the crush or scale identifies the animal and is merged with its weight; intake is very fast, and the animal's type and first classification are set here too.
Automatic medical records: Routine operations applied at intake are written instantly via integrated protocol management.
Classification and gate automation: Reader data is compared with the system's animal-type data for homogeneous grouping; the drafter gate is driven by CSID to route animals into different pens automatically.
Benefit: Standardization is one of the most important elements of fattening: same-type animals on the same feeding system give the highest performance gain and the targeted meat quality.
Internal transfers: All animal movements are recorded. Animals moved to another pen or farm are logged with RFID support, giving complete movement records.
Inventory: The system offers instant inventory and works integrated with feeding management, so feeding records stay accurate and can be acted on in real time.
External transfers: Exit operations are handled here too; slaughter, sale or loss are processed by exit type.
Cattle Box: All pens and their animal combinations are shown visually by pen and building, and some operations can be done quickly from that screen.
